Utilizing our CMC3 platform, the SPEX Forensics site features improved design and significantly enhanced functionality, including real-time payment processing, sales tax calculation and FedEx shipping integration. The new site features an improved site structure and navigation that allows SPEX to seamlessly expand their site in the future as well as increasing usability for the user.

Having the ability to update their own site was an important aspect of development to SPEX. The site management and maintenance tools of CMC3 allows SPEX staff to manage their customers, their accounts, their product catalog and other content on the site, such as news and promotions.
